TESTIMONIALS
On Getting Results and Overcoming Challenges
HRD Consulting and Full Day Workshop -
Developing Team Success Factors for Future Growth
“Sherry facilitated a process to identify
key global competencies with my direct reports that supported our global plans and objectives for the Commercial team.
Part of this process included an all day off site as part of our Global Commercial team meeting to engage the entire group
in buying into the competencies and addressing their own development plans relative to key competencies needed for the future
success of our organization. Sherry has a genuine and relaxed style, adding humor and focus that led our team to achieve
the results we needed that day. She did a great job facilitating and engaging the group. Participants felt that
it was time well spent and the event was a huge success in moving our organization forward.”

Full Team Day (utilizing Myers Briggs)
As site manager, I found that Myers
Briggs Team Day was a perfect platform for the various personality types to discuss communication styles and decision making
processes between groups. Everyone enjoyed learning their type. There were unique differences among team-type in operations,
administration and engineering. Sherry did a great job presenting the concepts and facilitating some sensitive discussions
between the groups in a very open and non-threatening way. The afternoon team development work was very interactive and applicable
to the teams’ current work. It was really a fun and transformational day. I would highly recommend this workshop.

Two Hour Workshop - Positive Conflict
“I
would recommend Sherry's "Positive Conflict" workshop. She has an open and flexible style. The
workshop gave me a name for my conflict styles and I can see the drawback they can present. I was very satisfied with
my experience and wouldn't change a thing about the workshop.”

Executive and Leadership Coaching
“I would recommend Sherry to coach new leaders such as
myself. By talking with Sherry and focusing on leadership, I am more conscious of my developmental needs and goals as
a leader. Every moment spent with Sherry was helpful. I liked the open-ended and probing questions Sherry
asked. She is a good listener and she has helped me along the path toward being a great leader.”
~Leader/Manager
Bio Tech Organization
“Sherry’s coaching style is genuine and honest – which I liked
very much. All of my expectations were met and exceeded beyond measure. I have insights as to who I am that I
did not have fully before. I would highly recommend her especially for the purpose of helping people find their
true selves. Without some standard to measure our individual differences, we end up fooling ourselves into thinking
we are someone or something we are not…How else would you know the truth? I find my leadership style is now in
total harmony with who I think I am and how leaders should lead.”
~Business Owner/Service Industry
“Sherry was a great coach with a very easy, approachable
style. Through the coaching experience, I was able to clarify goals for my business and identify things that were getting
in the way of moving forward. Sherry’s knowledge of the assessments we utilized was extremely helpful, and I would
highly recommend her as a coach or presenter.”
